The logos provided were simply awful. I am not expecting the designs to match exactly what I had in mind but they completely lacked any aesthetics whatsoever. When submitting your design requirements you are asked to include existing designs you like - to which they simply copied and pasted to create your logos!
They advertised a 100% refund policy. So you would have believed.
When I requested my refund I was told I will receive it within 21 days. It has now been over a month. I tried chasing them via their web-chat I was told by 'Mark' that the 'concern department' have been alerted and my issue will be dealt with 'asap'. 'Mark' told me he would send an email confirming what we discussed but to date I have not received it.
I believe 25poundlogo (and their US equivalent 50dollarlogo) to be a scam. Best avoided.
I should have known better than to do business with a company that does not display a contact number nor address on their website. Also what kind of company has their email address as 25poundlogo@googlemail.com

Eventually got my refund from 25poundlogo/50dollarlogo.
You have to contact Nochex and they will take care of the chase.
