We rented a co op at 288 Cedarhurst Avenue Cedarhurst NY 11516. We have been threatened,discriminated and false and totally outragious lies have been used in an organized effort to move from the building.

I have seen first hand street level drug deals done in the front of the building. Never,Never even consider this complex of buildings 288-300 Cedarhurst Avenue Cedarhurst NY. For that matter Cedarhurst in general has turned from a once thriving business district with first class shops to a cesspool.

Further with the demographics changing so dramatically this once nice sleepy town will either tuen into one of the highest property tax village on LI or will go the way of Harrisburg Pa or Stcockton Ca and be bankrupt in the not too distant future.

If you are even considering this building or Cedarhurst in general as a place to move and raise your children you need your examined and will live to regret it. Look at Detroit and you will see Cedarhurst in 5 years. If you buy a home, co op or condo in Cedarhurst you have a better chance in Atlantic City at the slot mahcines.

Look at all of the vacant stores- 2 stores side by side next to CVS just closed down in ONE month. Stores are closing, taxes are rising. It is truly a same that such a beautiful little hamlet is going down the drain like Detroit.
