I would like to warn everyone about these companies. All they do is take customers money and personal information and promise to provide you with a service in 48 hours or so and guess what? You are getting nothing…  I simply bought a domain and hosting from them and they took my money and information and I kept getting spam emails and advertisements from unknown people requesting me to sign in and provide other personal information and probably will get junk mail in the mailbox in the next coming days because these companies actually sell your information to other companies to gain the most out of you before you try to sue them to get back your money.

They have a very low standard customer service and supports that will copy paste messages to you and close the ticket at your face. When you re open it they will just paste the same messages over and over until you actually decide to close it by yourself. I have opened a dispute on PayPal and currently following the case. I will as well request from PayPal to involve the Law Enforcement to the case I’m sure they’d love to bust some like 2co.com and  hostbudget.com owners and all the employees involved in transitioning.

My advice is to stay away from them they do have different names and servers! They have a large number of consumer complains all over the internet. I have to admit that I was stupid enough to give my information and money to the hands of criminals.

You have been warned! I'm now working on my case and even if they refund me after being contacted by the authorities I will still try to reach my voice to as much as possible to let everyone knows before they feel sorry for trying this out.
