According to the company website if you purchase the Deluxe Version you can import your previous years information. What it does not tell you is that if you used online the previous year that you must use online for the current year.

You are not allowed to import from online to desk top or vice-versa but that is not mentioned on the site. They brag about there no questions asked rfund policy but that is only because they do not care about their customers.

I spoke to a customer service rep, a first level supervisor and a second level supervisor. I got the same line nearly word for word from each one.

My husband has been in the hospital so we don't have the money to make a second purchase while we wait on the refund. It is time to finish taxes now and the basic premise I got was "to bad, so sad". They said they had no way to just keep the payment and give me online access to complete our taxes. I could just look for the refund in 48 hours.

I will never purchase nor would I recommend anyone else purchasing anything from this company.
