2Techs Auto Repair Dean Cremean bounced pay check resulting in $1000.00 over draft fees and denied payment of $2775.00 for labor performed Englewood Colorado

I am having a problem with 2Techs Auto Repair 4398 S Broadway Englewood registered agent is Cathy Cremean and her husband Dean Cremean. These people bounced a pay check to in the amount of $968.00 dollars to me back in March this resulted in over draft fees totaling $1000.00 and the closure of my bank account which I had never over drafted untill this happened. They also fired me unjustly and refused to pay me for the last two weeks of work I did in March that total is $2775.00. I have been patient in trying to work this out with them but they are now teasing me and laughing in my face saying thay will never pay and their going to claim bank rupsty to get out of it. They (Dean) teases me about how Im the one who is broke dont have a pot to piss in and have to walk or ride my bike to get around. I have filed a small claims court case against them but that isnt going very well, as it has been 5 months now with no attempt by them to settle their debt to me. There are 3 other guys that worked there when I did who are having the same problems with them that I am.Dean even went so far as to say that with the economy the way it is he can just hire or fire anyone he wants because we would be easily replaced. I would love it if you could put some pressure on them for this unjust action.
