This internet site offers a variety of items at discounted prices. I ordered a product that came in a set of three. I received only one of the three items. When I contacted Customer Service, they told me that I ordered something different when the set of three was clearly marked on my receipt.

Finally they told me to send the one item back - from the US to CHINA - at MY expense! After which they would provide a refund. After too many frustrating e-mails I contacted PayPal to intervene. PayPal ended the dispute in my favor.

I caution anyone who might use this website that this company has horrible customer service. Only place orders for the amount of money you would be willing to throw away because if something goes wrong they will NOT help you.
