I received a email from monster.com stating that 3 A Marketing pulled my resume for a local position. With respect to their Local Account Manager employment opportunity, and felt as though my qualifications could fit into their success as a company. They stated they are very interested in discussing what I can contribute to their team and how they envision incorporating my experience into their overall plan. If I was interested in being a part of their continued growth and success; then please call Monday or Tuesday to set up an interview. Interviews will be held on Wednesday or Thursday of this week. I contacted them and set up a interview with Morgan Smith in Duluth GA. This was a Regis office building. There were no descriptive company names or logos in the lobby.

I had drove down for the Tennessee position covering the Chattanooga area. I was asked by the office secretary to fill out a questionnaire on how I could be a fit for the position. It was me and three other people interviewing. After they interviewed I was called in by a tall blonde lady whom was dressed very professional and was very cordial when introducing herself to me and shaking my hand. After sitting down I noticed some very unprofessional looking posters for UT and Central High School football teams and their 2013 Schedule. She stated first to let her describe what I would be doing to market these schools whom they had already been contracted with. She said these were annual contracts with businesses to help promote those businesses and also help promote the schools and even semi pro sports teams including the Chattanooga Lookouts and Huntsville Bearcats.

After she got done she stated is this something I would be interested in doing. She never asked about my qualifications which was a red flag for me. It was pretty much a one way conversation. I asked her my main questions and concerns. The first was vehicle reimbursement, fuel card, and or mileage reimbursement. She stated that I would be reimbursed for mileage, cell phone, and at home office supplies. She stated that the base salary was 30,000 with upward of 85,000 in commission if exceeding their quotas that would equal 55,000 per year. She told me to contact Cameron Morrison for a second interview.  She gave me a black folder and a two posters that she had that anyone could create at Kinkos.

After reading what was in the black folder their were red flags. First was a form with a different company name called Advantage which I took as their printing  company that they used. The second thing was what they required their account managers to say to these businesses. These were all bogus statements that disenfranchised people and their business.  I called Cameron on the ride back and a different guy answered that said Cameron was on the other line. He asked who I was and if I had any sales yet. Another red flag. They don't know who is who and pretty much blew their cover.

For others, don't drive down for the interview. Or better yet schedule a interview and contact law enforcement to do a undercover interview and arrest. These would be federal charges due to fraud, misrepresentation, theft of services, ect. I urge everyone to report these kinds of schemes because they will continue to change their names and tactics. The address below is where and whom I interviewed with.
