 On Nov 17, 2013 I purchased 3 sets of blinds. Once Paula S, sales rep, walked out my door with the sale she was totally out of picture would not assit with problems.  I contacted installer several times regarding my install date and they never returned my call I had to get home office to coordinate install.  Install was done on Dec 13 and one of the valances was 1/2 inch too short.  I had to make sure this reported to home office from experience with installer no response. Of course home base knew nothing of this so I made a claim.  After 2 weeks one of the set of blinds there were 1/2 dozen slats that warped, cord holding slat broke.  The smaller set that had wrong size valance is actually cut too short also.  Two of the set of blinds the cord will not stay in the notch cut out that operates them open/close.  I have to manually put cord back into the slots.  The individual who re-installed the new valance agreed I received bad product.

I have requested my money back several times from this company.  They should be embarrassed about the quality of material and services they offer. 

You will get better product/quality from a big box store than what this company offers at a much higher price.  I was totally ripped off. 

Again do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company sorry sorry product.
