3 J's Autobody is the worst autobody shop I have ever dealt with! I used them because they partner with my insurance company to make the repair/payment easy. BS! I had bodywork done on my car that would take 10 days to complete. It took them 15... initially!!
After the 15 days, when my car was "ready", I found that only half of the repairs were done. After a few more days when I got the "ready" call again, I found that NOTHING WAS DONE! A long story short, after FIVE trips back to the shop over a month and a half, my car was satisfactory. Every time was "Oh my gosh, that never happens. We'll fix it so we'll call you in a few days". This ran into and ruined my 4th of July weekend!
I'm reporting this now because part of the car that was supposedly fixed, JUST FELL OFF!! It appears they forgot to use the clips to hold in certain parts! I have a late 90's common car so it's not like they had trouble finding parts for a rare breed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! EVER!

IF A CUSTOMER HAS A COMPLAINT THEY NEED TO CONTACT THE SHOP. IF ANY REPAIR IS REQUIRED DUE TO THE SHOPS NEGLECT OR POSSIBLE DEFECTIVE MATERIAL THE SHOP WILL PUT THE OWNER IN A RENTAL CAR AND REPAIR THE IDENTIFIED DAMAGE. THEREFORE WE FIND THIS COMPLIANT UNWARRENTED AND UNSUBSTANTIATED.
