I would like to add my experience to this thread. In September 2010, I ordered my 30 Second Smile toothbrush (and all the goodies) and didn't receive the total for my bill and any tracking number. I emailed customer service and they had answered all the questions. The following is copy of my original email correspondence with 30 Second Smile:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your
email. We apologize for
the inconvenience caused to you. After reviewing your order we have found that the order was placed for 30secondsmlie and you have billed
accordingly. Following is the description for your order: -

toothbrush kit (2 payments of $29.95) $74.85= $59.90+$14.95 shipping and
processing fees.
1 Professional whitening
system $14.95 = Free+$14.95 shipping and processing fees.

You will be receiving

They just updated my info and to this day I am happy with their business. I only came across this site because I am in the process of ordering a few more toothbrushes for my family.
(30 Second Smile claims to reverse gingivitis) My husband has terrible gum disease and I originally purchased this for him, but he refused to use it. My primary dental visit told me that my pockets were ranging from 4-5. At my recent visit I was surprised that my pockets are at 3-4. I had a nice talk with my dentist and he's not comfortable with 30 Second Smile but he can't deny that my pockets seem to be improving. I told him that I prefer 30 Second Smile to the electric toothbrush in his office because 30SS does ALL the work for me LOL.
In the end I recommend 30 Second Smile. Actually after I post this I will be ordering 2 more. One for my husband and the other for my child.

I also saw the commercial and it sounds like what I need. I noticed that you complaint concerned shipping issues. Have you finally received the 30 Second Smile and, if so, did you try it? I am interested in knowing if you actually liked or disliked the product itself aside from the disappointing service. I would appreciate your honest review. Thanks.

Dear JayNei,
If you truly are the owner of the company who manufactures the 30 Second Smile system, then your response would not incline anyone, including me, to patron your business. Referring to people with profanities (which violates the posting guidelines), and exhibiting such an unprofessional demeanor brings shame to the company you claimed to own, which is detrimental to the success of your venture.
If you are not the owner of the company, then it seems you failed to read the first step of the form, which asks you about your relationship to the company (the default selection is "owner"). Instead, you rushed through in order to respond, to use your description, to the "internet police." I suspect this is the case.
But again, if you are the owner as you suggest, then your response to the previous post is far from what I would expect from a business owner. Any inclination I may have had toward patronizing your business vanished with your response.

If you want their offer of "free replacement brushes for life", people need to be made aware of the fact that when you order, you will AUTOMATICALLY get 4 new brushes every 4 months, at 9.95 price (you pay just shipping and handling, which is 9.95). It will be billed to your credit card automatically.
If you don't want that option, then you must UNCHECK a box on their order page. But then be aware... your 4 replacement heads will THEN be 14.95 plus 9.95 shipping and handling when you want to order them on their website. That seems awful pricey, and who knows how long this company will be around. I see there are people on amazon selling the replacement brushes for a little less, but paying over $6 per replacement brush seems a bit excessive. Just tossing in my 2 cents worth, so people can be aware of this possible pricing issue for the future.....

I just found out a blog owned by a single mother who reviewed 30 Second Smile positively and promoting Free Trial of the product. In my opinion is good way to test the product and check it worth it or not. If you did not like it just cancel and do not buy. I was planning to buy Oral-B electronic toothbrush but After I saw in the TV about 30 Second Smile Toothbrush I got interested to buy.
