3040 Crossings, LLC Mario Zaino Multiple Repairs - Charged large sums - Still broken - Foul Language Lawrenceville GA

Mr. Zaino was hired by my restaurant manager to repair a commercial freezer.

First service 5-18-2018 - Replaced Temp controller after diagnosing system $249 and $240 in labor - $489 total. Told manager it was fixed.

It failed again less than 24hrs later.

Second service 5-19-2018 (next day) - $99 in parts and $320 in labor - $419 total. Told my manager it was repaired.

Two weeks later it failed again. No discount on labor. Improper diagnosis on first visit (2nd visit parts - dryer and freon) should have been checked on the first visit.

I called Mr. Zaino personally as the owner on June 5th, 2018 and asked if he guarenteed his work. He did not know who I was as this was the first time I had spoken to him directly. The restaurant manager is the one that hired him and communicated with him up to this point.He responded that he did in fact guarentee his work. I asked him then to please return to my restaurant and guarentee his repair work. He then, to my surprise, started swearing at me. It got so bad that I had to just hang up the phone and navigate to Ripoff Report.
