360 Online Market Computer Selling Scam Internet

Hey to all those reading.

So where to being, I recently was looking to replace my alienware laptop with an MSI for a decent price. I was looking for a price between 1500-2000 dollars. So as i was search the many websites provided by google i was presented by the 360 online market. Well...upon originally looking at there website it seemed very professional and well, i didnt think twice at the time that these could even possibly be a scam

However at present it seems I was very wrong

On there they was advertising an MSI laptop for 1700 dollars with all the specifications i desired and more, for around 200-300 dollars cheaper than other competitors...happy days I thought.

I am currently based in afghanistan and wanted to know the delivery time for oversee's shipping and refund policies so I emailed the company and they were very prompt to reply stating that it would take around 12 working days.

Once again nice a sharp response so therefore I made the purchase. They allowed the use of paypal which once again didnt make me thing twice that this could be a scam in any way.

After making the purchase they responded very promptly stating that the order would be shipped within 3 working days and I would be notified of the day it was shipped with the tracking order. Fantastic I thought and went about my working days. 3 days later the order was updated to shipped, however no trackng order was provided. At the time i never questioned it, however 3 further days pasted and i still never recieved any. Then my spider senses began to tingle. I have always bought high end gaming laptops and therefore know that with these expensive items shipping details are released immediately especially from oversea's. I contacted the compay requesting this, and they never replied for over 24 hours. I then returned to the website and the big give away for me was, is there is no contact us, no base location for there company.
I then began researching this company and found many many reports of scam and fraud.

This was 7 days ago, without hesitation i contacted paypal, directly via phone. They immediately advised me to open a dispute and escalted the claim, without contact to the seller. They further stated that they would take over tracking of the item from now onwards and if the item is not in transit or never reaches destination they will take step to get a full refund.

This is were I am at, at the moment. Yes the item could be in transit however this company has goiven me serious doubts that this sort of item was ever shipped and givin past history I will not take the change on 1700 dollars.

I will post on here as the days past and events turn. My advice to all reading this is keep away from this company however, if you do find yourself a victim of misforturne like myself, report it immediately to paypal. Opening a claim means they will track this order for you and if the sellers does not supply the information within 10 days of you escalating the claim paypal will attempt to retrieve your money.
