3B Softwear Products I purchased the softwear on computer on July 7, 2009. After trying to use, I found the softwear to be very poor "absolute garbage. The company will not answer emails or honor the Money-Back Guarantee! 3B Softwear is garbage and doesn't work. Also, can't get any good stations. 3B Softwear, see www.3bsoftware.com/products/ sells softwear that is suppossed to allow you to watch quality tv stations and premium movies on your computer. Their website prmises much, but delivers almost nothing.  The also offer a 60 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

After purchasing the softwear, I found that the tv stations took forever to download, many did not work at all, and there were really no quality tv stations available. The movies also took hours to download, required a separate subscription, if you wanted to keep it, and most would not work after download.

Based on my experience I determined that the softwear was absolutely worthless, and emailed to request a refund under their no questions asked money-back guarantee. I've emailed them several times over the last 4-5 weeks, and have also called their offices 7-8 times in that time period. You can never get a live person on the phone, and just have to leave voice messages.

The bottom line is that this company is a complete Rip Off. They will not answer teir phones or respond to voice messages. They will also not even answer the emails sent to both their customer service and corp emails.

Do Not Do Business with this Company. They should be shut down for stealing money by having an inferior product, and failing to honor their money-back guarantee.
