3C claims to be the best and most honest auto repair shop in Columbus, so much that they pollute the air ways with their marketing tactics which is why I chose them when I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver in July of 2009.

When I called to set up the repair/get a qoute I was told by the rep that MY insurance company would pay for all repairs and they would waive MY deductible even after telling her I was hit by an uninsured driver. Of course my insurance company became aggressive and told me they couldn't guarantee service provided and any additional cost would be my responsibility, which 3C said would be waived. The rep continually assured me of this, all the while bad mouthing insurance companies.

The conversations I had with 3C seemed to be positive and they assured me that my deductible would not be a concern to me. That is until I went to pick up my vehicle. The past conversations were disregarded and I was told I owed them $500 because of unexpected costs and insurance complications. Quite a shock, especially because they blatantly lied to me in order to get my business. The costs were mounting, as they do when you are hit by an uninsured driver who was also driving without a license. All of the costs fell on my lap and no one seemed to care, especially 3C-they threatened to not release my car until I paid them and if I didn't do it quickly they would charge me for storage fees. Wow, where did all of the "caring, honesty" go? Into their marketing campaign, I presume.

When I finally got my car back, well after the date they said it would be ready, I had to take my car back within a week because my trunk still was not fixed and all the rear lights kept going out. At this point, I was very upset. They did not apologize nor did they offer to go out of their way to come get my car as it was unsafe to drive without turn signals or brake lights-they couldn't be bothered with me after they had my money. Here it is over 2 years after the fact and I'm still having issues with the repair. They tell me they'be switched systems so it is my responsibility to find warranty information for the repairs. Also, finally talking to the warranty rep, he told me they in fact never replaced the lights-they took out the bulbs and put them right back as they were when they put my car back together. Mind you, I was rear ended. 3C talks about repairing things the right way, not using cheap parts-common sense would tell you, change the bulbs-don't put back compromised bulbs. It shows me that they are not thorough and they truly are not concerned about their customers safety. This is the 3rd time my car has had to be taken back to them.

Please consider this before you fall victim to their marketing scams.
