I called an authorized 3CX Phone System reseller and inquired about the pbx. I asked him a ton of questions and he told me it could do eveerything we needed. I have a huge extensive checklist. Once he confirmed it can do everything, we went ahead and spent over $3,500 for the 64 license enterprise version of this software. Once we installed it on our cloud server we realize that the software actually lacks many vital features that our call center requires and they confirm it is capabale of handling. It doesn't have skills based routing, which they confirmed it has. Without this feature itself the software is deemed useless to our call center.
After going back and forth witht he reseller and 3CX corporate, they said they would not refund, even though we only hasd the license for over a week. It was not used and we won't be able to use it.
This company is a SCAM. Stay far away from 3CX PBX. They can be found on http://www.3cx.com
They will take your money and run. They stole $3,500 from me. They will say the software can do anything just to take your money and they won't provide you with a refund.
3CX PBX executives deserve to go to jail.
