3D Distribution Canada Inc Deceptive Burnaby British Columbia

3D Distribution has a reputation for a reason. As another author wrote, they constantly under deliver to their employees. Bonus pays are always promised and never paid. The word bonus is used in a situation like this: Achieve X amount of sales, or sales targets per month or quarter and you will be rewarded X amount of dollars. Nobody tries for X anymore because X has been promised countless times and under new management it never gets delivered. The company tried particularly humerous approach at solving the problem for X 6 or 7 months back. Instead of paying the 10-14 hr a day employees the ''bonus'' they earned, the top guy would be granted a day on a boat with the ever so sought after owner and G.M. (Are you kidding me). Lets say i didn't really battle for the ''battle of the boat''. Countless promises, countless lies. No salary reviews as promised several times, no payouts as continuously promised. Oh ya, they are stealing good Canadian jobs by bringing up guys from Washington state each day to work in BC. I guess it benefits a company to bring in jerks who make everyone that hasnt been fired quit. I will stop here but I must say that I too am very dissapointed in the turn of events since the change in General Management. Red Bull is a great brand- world class! 3D is not worthy of being associated with a brand of this stature. Thought you might liketo know. As of July 2009, I will never drink Red Bull again.
