3D Distribution LLC Desert Sales 3D Distribution needs to be turned in to the labor board! Don't work here is you want a paycheck! Stockton, California

This is the worst company I have ever worked for and I am glad I am no longer there. The corporate office is located in Phoenix, Arizona. 3D Distribution is a distributor of Red Bull. They have several locations in Arizona, Utah, and California. 

Over a year ago they opted to mail all our paychecks to our home address as oppose to sending the paychecks by FED-EX to the office to be distributed as they once had. Every single employee who did not have direct deposit at one time or another have gone days and sometimes weeks without receiving a paycheck. Most employees don't make much and live from paycheck to paycheck so it is crucial to get paid in a timely manner.

This has happened to me several times. When I notify the general manager, he emails and or calls Heather, the VP of Finance and HR person in the corporate office and rarely gets a response back in a timely manner. I have called her myself as well but I always get transferred straight to her voice mail after the receptionists picks up and it can take days for her to return a call.  I am then told by Heather, that it is not their responsibility that I did not receive my paycheck and that the company has no control over the post office and is reasons like this that I should be signed up for direct deposit.

Heather is  very rude and in-compassionate to say the least! I was told that in order to receive my paycheck I would first have to submit a $25 money order for a stop payment fee, mind you, it was nearly a week at that point that I had not received my paycheck. I didn't have $25 dollars! This happens ALL THE TIME!!!! They force employees to send them a $25 money order for a stop payment fee or you don't get your paycheck. However, if you wait ten days after the pay period then you don't have to pay the $25 fee to get your check. THIS IS WRONG!!!!!!

One of the merchandisers was told he was not going to receive a paycheck because his time card was not turned in by 10am; he was on vacation! This occurred over a year ago and on the payroll schedule that Heather sent to post stated "If time cards are not received by 10am you will not get paid". THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! I called up the state board and it is all ILLEGAL!!

A lot of the employees wanted to turn them in but were afraid of losing their job, especially in our economic times. Eventually all employees had to sign up for direct deposit so they would receive their paychecks on time, it was essentially forced.

The corporate staff in Arizona seem to have A LOT of issues. All the vacation and sick time hours were messed up for many months and when it was brought to their attention, nothing happened. It was always an excuse or someone else's fault according to Heather. 

They have already had lawsuits filed against them for not giving a last check to a former employee who was fired for weeks. Another employee who gave a two week notice  received his paycheck with the wrong hours and didn't include his bonuses. 

The office staff in the Manteca location are great but the corporate office and their twisted policies, bad attitude, and there so called "team of lawyers" are all corrupt! I hope one day someone will turn them in for all the wrong they have done to their employees.
