3dparty.org Alex Charged my credit card twice and never refunded also never answers emails or calls. Guilderland New York

I purchased a two disk 22.99 subscription from this website, and chose two movies from the selection they have only to find out that there had to be an activation period inorder to start renting from the site, which is nowhere stated on the website. 

 So after i chose my two movies and proceeded to check out I got charged for the individual price for the movies, and this was after I had paid for the subscription btw. I did send an email regarding the situation and the Alex stated that the charge would be reversed.

After a week I got my movies but no refund. That was the last time I heard back from Alex. I sent the movies back to the address provided. And it did state on the website they had received them. After two days went by they never sent the next movies in my que, I decided to cancel my monthly subscription and request a refund for the $22.99 since they had already charged me the individual charges for the movies in the first place that never got refunded.

So needless to say this guy will run off with your money and not contact you back. His phone # on the site just rings and then goes to a google voice subscriber voicemail. With no call back.

Stay away from this service this guy is a scammer!
