It's too easy to defame and comit slander and libel of the reputation of professionals on the internet, and as such, this report doesnt come as a suprise. 

1. From the offset,  Elizabeth Garcia was never involved in the relationship with this client. Her e-mail was used for the purposes of contacing the client. In short, consultant made every effort to communicate with the client, as the attorney will attest in the near future. 

2. The client could not afford to pay upfront, so consultant took a payment plan. 

3. Company made several documented attempts to maintain customer services. 

4. Grants, once developed, takes six months to a year depending on the funding agency, and in many cases, if the information is not sufficient on behalf of the client, the consultant must identify other sources, or re-vamp strategic plans to meet subsequent funding initiatives. 

When a grant writer hands over intellectual property, payments - and satisfaction  - often become an issue; however, the work remains in the client's inbox. The discruntled client gets to soil a reputation, however she retains the electonic copy of the proposals that were provided to her. Consider, long after the client commits slander and libel, she still keeps the draft. Her emotional rhetoric, is actually rather tame, considering the 50-plus harrassing texts that has been forwarded to the attorney. Many of which came afer the consultant made great efforts in passifying the client.
