I ordered 10- Yealink T46G office phones from the 3gstore.com over the phone on August 30th, 2018. I was sent some Verizon branded version of that phone instead that can't be used with any other provider besides Verizon One Talk. I tried to return the phones within 30 days of purchase (Sept 27th) and they said that they do not take returns on that phone. I kept trying to get them to take them back and they refused.

Verizon & 3gstore are partners for selling and supporting Verizon's One Talk Voip service. Verizon sold us on trying out their Voip service based on having no contracts.

The verizon rep and 3gstore rep were on the phone when I made the decision to give Verizon a try. The 3gstore rep gave me the option of leasing the Yealink T46G phones through Verizon or buying the Yealink T46G phones out right from the 3gstore. We definitely needed new phones for the office, so I decided to purchase the phones thinking that if we do not like the verizon one talk service we could just switch providers. Not that I would be stuck with $1,553.90 worth of useless phones.

Never on that conversation did they say there was a no return policy or that the phones they were sending me were Verizon branded version of that phone. These need to be sold as T46VG or something else. My phone numbers were also ported over a week early from atlantic broadband to verizon leaving us with no phones all day and forcing us to install these immediately. I wanted to send these back as soon as I saw they were branded, but between onetalk and verizon I had already lost enough business by not having phones.

Our business relies heavily on people calling us to place order. I had to order new phones from Vonage and switch to their service before I was able to ask for a RMA # from the 3gstore on the 27th of September, 2018. This was the first time I was told that you can't return these phones. I was emailed by the One Talk manager at the 3gstore on Oct 3rd and he was no help.
