They are fraud people.

1) They will promise one thing before joining and their policies about commissions will change once you join. Ultimately stealing your commission and becoming rich is their intension. They will inform first two placements are for company after you join. Making placements will be your luck because they dont maintain good relation with clients nor employees. They try to copy others and show themselves organised

2) You don't find any senior recruiters in their company except one lady whose relative is one of the contract employees of these people.

3) They will not inform you about tax deductions at the time of joining. But after joining they will  deduct from your salary

4) Prasad one of the directors will stand before everything saying he is guarantee for release of commissions or to prove goodness of the company. He is the one you should not really trust.

5) These people will take reviews and inputs from you and terminate with no proper reason. They will say your phase is bad. Infact they have hired many recruiters and done the same and keep all the commissions for themselves

6) They speak in meetings as if they have lot of back up financially but really they are miserable people  who dream of huge margins and who can’t pay Senior Recruiters.

7) If you are a senior recruiter don't ever come into this company. They will use your effort  and reap benefits , show they have not made any profits out of your work. Other reviews on glass door   will prove their unethical behaviour

8) They have made improvements like one click call and bulk mailing to their iconsult system with my suggestion and taken a document from me as inputs but do not have minimum courtesy. They feel they can become rich by stealing others capabilities.

9) They will make promises in email too but will play cheap tricks like deactivating licence etc in your system so that you can’t prove anything. Especially CEO Raj Swami is involved in this.

10 ) I was lucky enough to be vigilant and take backups of everything and im going to file a case against these people.

11) They will terminate you without notice period inspite of promises and emails.

12) These people do not have call monitoring like other standard companies and will play around. They use unparliamentary  language  like "Tom d**k and Harry"  what the CEO Raj , Director Prasad and HR Manager Stephen are actually and moreover you need to be careful to have recordings of calls too if you are taking interviews are continuing job with them.

13) Stephen HR manager is more worse. He will play double game and is always on management side. Its not an employee welfare company. He is the only person who will technically handle things like voip and upgrading software etc. He does not have qualities of a decent HR.

All these people in the management are like ghosts who will be talking about vedas
