3P Delivery New Contract Drivers: Beware Norco, California

Contract Drivers: Before signing with 3P Delivery, read the entire contract. 3P will change the contract at will, with little or no notification. You have no recourse, the company does what it wants. Your contract can be cancelled at any time for any reason. When you are let go, or quit 3P will hold all of your money for 45 days without paying you.

3P would rather fight in court than pay what is due to you. I have been told this by at least two managers. The contract reads that if you dispute anything they do, including pay issues, you must sue them in the state of Georgia. The trucks they want to lease are junk, and you will be charged for all damage, no matter how small. You will be charged for everything, uniforms, repairs, tires, etc.

3P has many lawsuits pending for labor law violations, and pay disputes. Please Google "3P Delivery" to view some of the lawsuits. Several states, including California have found 3P at fault in many labor disputes. I personally have knowledge of two class action lawsuits in the works for pay & labor problems in California.

3P managers & recruiters will tell you just about anything to get you to sign on with the company. Do not believe them when you are told how much money you will make. I have two friends who made very little money, and could not feed their families.
