On the 12.5.2013 we walked into a store called 3T Digital Electronics PTE LTD to buy one Ipad 4 with 4G and Wiresless features, Unlocked ready to use in any country.

We agreed to a black Ipad 4 and the price SG$850.00 when in a few minutes black was not available and white was at another store. We agreed with the price and we opt for a white Ipad 4 at the set price SG$850.00.

The young man was very friendly and we thought the business was going very well until this.

When he arrived back with the Ipad 4 unit he started to complete what I though was not a official Apple documentation. The form had a list of features which to our dismay costed more than what we intially agreeded apon. Features ie. SG$150 to unlock the Ipad

We had already processed the money and now 3T Digital Electronics wanted more money for to unlock the unit, allow for 4G to work, and all the other points mentioned on this so called Apple Form. How bad is this business practice.

We immediately mentioned this was not the intial agreement and that we want our money back. After a lengthy discussion our credit card was again swiped to VOID Sale. * still to be confirmed.

Pressure from both sales men was to tip further SG$20 to the original sales person as a form of taking up his time. What a shame. Please do not contact this company in any way because they are not respresenting true business practices in Singapore. BEWARE !!
