I placed an prder for a new Canon T5i. I received a call from Michael the following day asking if I wanted a signature comfirmation for delivery. I responded no, as long as the package was addressed as I stated it was OK. He suggested a memory card for my camer, I declined. I asked if the camera was new and he stated yes. He also indicated he was enclosing a free camera case.
The camera came within tow days. Upon opening it, I realized I had gotten a refurbished camera, there was no Canon Box and no Canon warranty card. The serial number had a small pinhole in it, which according to canon indicates it is refurbished. In addition I was able to idetify how many tim,es the shutter was activated..and it was over 1000 times.
