4Checks Advertised checks for approx. $21, then fulfilled order thru another company and then billed for additional $66 after printing and shipping Colorado Springs, CO

4Checks advertised personal check printing services in local newspaper.  Four boxes, including shipping was advertised as slightly over $21.  Generally, this type of price is for first-time buyers only, additional future orders would be priced much higher.

Since I had never done business or ordered through 4Checks in the past, I placed the order and send a check to covering the advertised printing costs.  The check were printed and I received them in the mail in a timely manner.

After receiving the printed checks, I received by U. S. Mail and email an invoice for an additional $66.  It seems that 4Checks is either owned by a company I had previously ordered from, or 4Checks used this company to fulfill their order.  Now I am being dunned for the additional payment.

The ad does not reference an affiliation with the other check companhy - Styles - nor does it indicate that the order will be placed with a third party.

This is false advertising and if this unfair billing continues, I will report this the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Attorney General's office, Department of Consumer Affairs.
