Joe Elcouri, owner of 4D Lawn Care & Landscaping in Lawton, Oklahoma has the worst lawn care services including poor customer service. Joe is a very arrogant and egotistic individual that is insulting to his customers.  He has outrageous prices when compared to his competitors, so least we say we will not be using or recommending his servics to anyone. When he mowed and trimmed the lawn at our business he left a trail of mess with the grass and did not clean up well after doing the lawn care.  He and his employees while mowing the lawn were not courteous or respectful to our patrons in their vehicles that were entering and exiting our place of business. Customers were walking in and  complaining that they were having to dodge the guys and their equipment in the parking lot. Joe and his employees also caused some personal property damage on our business property which to this day he will not admit or offer any compensation for the damage he and his employees caused while providing services at our business. When our staff employees tried to call his office to report the poor service and ask how we could remedy the damage he and his workers caused, the ladies on the phone were just as rude with their remarks and comments as thier boss, Joe Elcouri. It took numerous and relentless calls to their office before the owner joe Elcouri would return our calls. When Joe finally called back he was unfriendly as well as unprofessional when dealing with the issues we had. Joe told our company staff on the phone that he was not interested and had no time to make any resolution for his bad business service as well as the compensation for property damage at our place of business. Joe Elcouri only cares about the profit of doing business in this community and no business ethics or customer service manners. He won't last long in this town doing business and handling customers the way he does, He lost our business and it is only a matter of time if he continues to handle himself like he does that he will lose more customers. Wise up Joe, put your greed and arrogance aside and take time to learn to deal with the public in a business like mannerism. If you want to survive in the real world of business you have to stop being a crook.
