  To start off, this company stated that I would get free blood work if I had insurance. The lab company that was affiliated with 4EverYoung billed my insurance $14,000. My insurance company paid it in full and my yearly premium went out the roof. Now I'm unable to afford health insurance for my family and I. Second, when my lab results returned. I thought I was going to see a medical doctor for my evaluation. The individuals that do the free consultation/evaluation have absolutely no medical background. Last time I checked, it is illegal for them to do that. The other staff they have working there, doesn't have any medical background either which includes the young lady Claudia who attempted to do Botox injections for my wife. According to my research, she's only an aesthetician who can do basic facials. There are horror stories about aestheticians doing Botox and causing peoples faces to go paralyzed. To conclude, it seems like Carlton Washington and Deniz Duygulu are medically consulting with patients and attempting to prescribe treatments without having any medical education nor license to do so. If you try to do a treatment program at this business, understand you will never see a medical doctor. At most, you might have the opportunity to consult with their nurse practitioner. My health is way too important to allow two random bodybuilders to prescribe me any medical treatments. My wife and I are very upset of this whole situation and want to make sure other people are not affected by their negligence.
