4Seasons Nursery - Four Seasons Nursery Division Of Plantron ripoff, misleading, false advertisement, swindle, fake, RIPOFF!! Bloomington ILLINOIS

I had decided to purchase plants from a wholesale plant dealer, Four Seasons Nurseries. I had been receiving their catalog since last year and decided to give it a try. The catalog was filled with many pictures of full sized mature plants. Being skeptical I figured I would be receiving much smaller, not as mature plants.

I finally received my package after waiting 3 weeks to receive it. They had charged my credit card 2 weeks prior. The order I had placed included 19 plants. I had gone to my mailbox and much to my surprise all 19 plants were in my mailbox!!

I thought this must be a mistake! When I had opened the package I realized I had received 19 roots. Roots? What the heck?? So I called the customer service line. The lady told me I can send them back, providing I pay for the shipping. I had already paid $7.95 for shipping and on the label it states that they had only paid .42 cents.

I was told I would not receive and reimbursement for the shipping I had already paid and that fee wasn't really for shipping. I was told that it was a processing fee.

On the web site it clearly states when you place your order that the extra $7.95 was a flat fee for shipping. My original order was only $19.95. When I had asked to speak to the manager/supervisor I was told that she only takes written correspondence. That she does not take any phone calls.

At this point its not even worth my time to pay to send these roots back to them and hope they reimburse me. Nowhere in their catalog does it state that they will be sending out roots. Well they call them starter plants. It doesn't even use the term starter plants
