Un-ethical business practices is the kindest description I can give for this group.

They hired me off of an internet job site to work on a team with 4 other developers. I signed all the new hire paperwork and contracts and was due to start work on the next Monday. I had already resigned from my current employer of 7 years to take this job. Before my start date came I was called by Ted Pappas and told that I would have to lower my salary to keep this job. I had already resigned my old position and had no choice but to agree. 2 of the other 3 developers I was to work with declined to be bullied into lowering their rate after the fact and they never reported for their first day. Both of them confirmed with me later that the conversation with Pappas, Matt Turner and a David Bernard turned into a bully session that ended in foul language and threats.

Ive since read very bad things about this group and would have never done business with them if I had known. I have talked to 2 consultants that are involved in a law suit because they are African American and were replaced by white employees.

The only good things I hear about 4T now,  are the things boasted about on their own website.
