this guys charged me for work that was not done. Also they could not get the job done right. I had to go elsewhere to get the job finished. These people charged me for a leveling kit that never made it on my H3 ordered me the wrong tires two times. I had to drive over 200 miles on 3 trips to get the correct product that I paid for. Barnt the store manager made fun of my friends truck. These guys told me they did not like ARB and did not want to order me a roof rack or front winch bumper from them the made fun of them as a company. I have contacted their corp offices and they are willing to do nothing about it. They went so far to Blame it on Les schwab the people that had to fix there screw up!!! Really sucks to have a 4 wheel drive shop and can't find your way around a rig!! We had to even get the Lug nuts off for them cause they did not have the correct tools! They were so classless and just plain dumb!!!! I want my refund for the leveling kit i never received. This guys suck and are scumbags. Go to les schwab if you want your work done correct. Even if they mess up they will take care of you for it. work sucked, never got the correct parts!!! Do not go to 4 wheel parts in portland oregon or any of the other stores. read all the bad feedback online about all their stores and the pres of the company not caring about it's customers.
