I placed an order online with this company the first of this year (2009). After a couple days I received nothing but an order confirmation and order number by email. After waiting about two weeks I tried to phone them but one number they list is out-of-order and the other only asks you to leave a message and "someone will contact you." I have left many messages, sent many emails and have only received one reply from someone named "Will" who said my order was been drop-shipped from the manufacturer and that if I didn't receive it within a week to contact him via email directly. I never received it so I emailed him many times, left more messages and still have never heard anything. I have no idea if the product is not available or what is going on. I have asked them to let me know or credit my card but I have not been contacted by anyone.
I warn anyone dealing with this company to be careful. Go to their site and you will see they list no address, one of the two phone numbers is not even in service. They list no contact names. This company has done nothing but ripped me off!

UPDATE: I did receive my credit - after more than 50+ emails and many phone messages. While I appreciate that they FINALLY sent my credit after 2 months, I will not order from them again, but whether anyone else does or not is obviously and entirely up to you!

Update: After sending TONS of email and leaving MANY voicemail message (still can't get a breathing person to talk to you there) I got an email from "Will" stating that some other vendor they use (not the first one he mentioned) had not responded as to why my order was not sent. He did not acknowledge my TONS of emails that he and every other dept. there I could find an email address for that I have sent. He simply blamed it on this vendor they use. He said I should expect a credit but that it would "take several days" to process. I emailed back and said BS! They processed my payment immediately when I orderered the part. He would not respond to why it would take "several days" to process my credit. I will believe it when I see it! (my credit, that is)
