4X MADE EASY NEEDS A BETTER REFUND POLICY UNDUE HARDSHIP Addison TX

This is directed to Jeff Johnson- The only satisfactory solution is a refund, full or partial, I don't care. I don't have anymore money to sink into this program. I have a newborn and two children to provide for on a limited budget. I can't pay an extra $99 a month for access to software that I don't even own, just paid $3500 to be ALLOWED to use the program. I can't even sell it to someone you can afford to take a risk on you product, for a partial loss. I have been looking into joining the class action lawsuit. I read that the Denver people were offered a full refund if they dropped the lawsuit. They chose not to, but I would take it! HELP!!
