I spent about $7,500 for advanced training for the forex market, using the 4X Made Easy Software. Since I had completed 6 for the 21 weeks I requested a refund for the unused training classes, for the amount of about $5,700.00. I requested a refund after 6 weeks for the following reasons.

1) The Training Material supplied for training in very inadequate. 4X Made Easy Coaches and Managers agreed that the training material was very elementary and that 4X Made Easy was working to improve the materials. I was told the training material was inadequate for those individual who were more advanced or who had a more aggressive learning requirement. I have samples of other training materials from honest companies like ---. The training materials were developed by professional traders and COT fund manager. The coaching services provided are by professional traders. The materials by ----- are not only professional and the coaches are all professional traders and the cost is a fraction of the cost.

2) I was lead to believe during the sales process of purchasing the training material and 21 week coaching classes, that the instructors had direct experience, as a professional trading stocks, commodities or ---. The coach that was recommended by 4X Made Easy coaching manager never traded professionally. His experience was limited to trading the Forex market personally.

3) During my written and verbal communication with 4X Made Easy Coaching, I was told that the additional curriculum would be provided by individual coaches to supplement the training materials. I have requested both samples of such training materials and during my trial two weeks with an assigned coach by 4X Made Easy, I requested both verbally and in written form that examples of these materials be forwarded to me for review. But no additional curriculum has been received.

4) During the first six weeks of coaching classes, the classes lacked the structure need for me to advance in the Forex Market. E-mails of records of trades and money management, send by me, were usually reviewed for the first time during my coaching time, which limited time for real instruction. I usually had to ask what was the home work instruction for the next week. I needed a coach who would personally challenge me in my learning. Also, I believe the coaches need additional time to preplan before each coaching class, because during the first six weeks the coach was not prepared. Most if not all of the six week classes were haphazard and lacked the structure needed.

5) Based on the educational materials provided and the level of coaching provided during the first six weeks, and completing a two week trail of week one and two again; I do not believe that completing an additional fifteen weeks will provide me the knowledge and experience required to trade the Forex Market. Based on the cost, valve and not fulfilling promises made by 4X Made Easy, the services offered turned out to be a scam

I was told if I completed a two week trail and I was still dissatisfied, the coaching manager from 4X Made Easy would submit a request for a refund. Once the request was made my request was denied. The answer given was:

The owners of the company saw fit to offer you a partial refund of $500. I know this is not the amount you were seeking, but the decision is final.

The other option is that we can readdress your concerns with the program, and continue working with you to help you reach your financial goals.

Basically because 4X Made Easy is still willing to work with me, they are refusing a refund. I guess they believe it is OK to continue to commit fraud for an additional 6 weeks. Fraud = a deception deliberately practice in order to secure unfair gain.

Please Help if you can!

Don't get ripped off when there are free sites

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 20, 2006

Having spent several hours reading some of the comments about how these "get-rich-quick" scams have ripped the unsuspecting I felt the need to advise people that there are free sites and Mirc sites that are free and you get excellent advice simply for the asking. In some cases the traders will post their entry and exit so that you can see how they trade and sometimes they will explain the reason they entered or exited.

One such site is called Woodie's CCI Club which had three chat rooms. The main room is mainly for futures, there is a forex room, and a stock/options room. These rooms have a moderator. In these rooms they do not tell you when to trade but using the CCI and patterns they instruct you on what patterns are developing and what triggers are occurring. The web site that Woodie has setup has extensive free trading advice and samples based on the CCI.

Someone, who has the time, could listen to the advice given in these rooms and become a fairly successful trader in about 6 months. The main room on a normal day has about 500 members and while there is only the moderators that you will hear there are lots of text chat going on.

So for those who have already been scammed and still want to trade to make money I would suggest you visit Woodies web site and see for yourself. There is no charge for anything. If you do have the time to listen in on one of the chat rooms, you don't even have to have your own charting system since the moderator usually has his scrren up so that you can see the same charts he is talking about. Warning, there is a time delay of a few seconds on the moderators charts.

There is a lot of information here and a lot of documented prctices that I believe those who really want to trade will find very helpful and you will get excellent help from other traders.

I, like most of you, have been to the so-called seminars and it always seem to be to good to be true, so they never got my money even though it sure was tempting.

If this post makes it, I hope this information leads to a very successful trading career and that you become prosperous.
