5 Day Capital is a predatiry broker company that promises working capital for your business. They advertise on their website and over the phone that they are a direct lender but they just broker you out to different companies. The owner, Patrick McNulty, is a liar and convinces you that this is just a starter loan and will build credit with the company after 30 days of positive payments. However, this could not be farther from the truth. They suck you into that loan and when you try to restructure the loan as promised they say you have to wait another 30 days and give you the run around. They then try getting you additional money that is even more expensive then the first loan.
How do I know this? Because I worked there. I felt unethical lying to these small business owners just to make a quick buck. Upon confornting the owner after hearing him on the phone saying all these things that were not true, he fired me. To make matters worse he never gave me my paycheck and owes me $500.
I advise everyone, client or potential employee to avoid this place at all costs.
It is only a matter of time before this place gets shut down.

This report is the furthest from the truth I am the owner of 5 Day Capital and stand behind every client we have helped to get working capital for their businesses throughout the USA. This is nothing more than a disgruntled employee who can file any grievances with the State of MI. Slandering my good name and the company I work hard too promote is wrong.
