In Feb of 2015 I spoke with a Michael Brooks at this company who tried very hard to sell me a vacation package. Any argument I had against the purchase he had a solution - upgrade to a junior suite, all inclusive, and NO EXTRA charges for travelling on holidays (xmas, Thanksgiving, spring break) since I told him I would only travel during these peak times. He also sold me on the destinations - primarily Nosara the surf village and the Allegro Papagayo which I researched on trip advisor as we spoke to be sure they were nice.

I got a contract- and changed it to reflect the various items we discussed - and signed it and sent it back.

Now trying to book my vacation and they are:

1) Trying to charge a "peak" season fee

2) All of a sudden the properties proposed to me are not avaialble anymore - even though they are on the site

3) are trying to tell me they were purchased - but same CEO mr. Herman Hurtado is listed as the owner so there was no changeover. I see that he owns many of these travel package places - and MANY have terrible reviews due to complaints with the Better Business bureau - where i have also filed a complaint.

Now they are pretending the phone number does not work. Total joke!

you will lose your money - do not use this fraudulent company!
