5 X Trim 600 5X Trimsolutions Fraudulent Charges Internet

"Brooklyn" (Company ID # 1191405) from 5X Trim called me, offered a money back guaranteed product with a 10-day trial period.  I was charged $14.95 up front, which I agreed to.  I asked if the 10 day trial period was from point of sale or from receipt of product.  I was told it was from receipt of the product.  3 days after receiving the product, I see the charge for $109.95 on my bank account.

I called the number and after explaining the situation, I was told it was a 10-day deferred billing.  There are no refunds or guarantees.  I requested reversal of the charges and the customer representative hung up.  I attempted several other calls back to the number.

Call # 2 - Hold, then dropped.  Call # 3 - Hold, CR, explained the situation, CR hung up.  Call #4 - Hold, CR, started to explain,  CR hung up.  Call #5 - CR (Sounded the same as the first), explained, CR hung up.

My next call was to my bank to dispute the charges.  My bank CR said the charge was out of Arizona.  This is a scam company that lies to sell their product.  Beware!
