500 Fast Cash debited my account for double the amount I borrowed after the loan was paid in full Internet

I made an on line loan with 500 Fast Cash for $200.00 in May 2007. They were debited my account every two weeks for $90.00 to pay the loan off. There was a debit on my account for $600.00. I called the bank and found out it was for 500 Fast Cash. The amount deducted was triple the loan amount I made. To top it off, the loan had already been paid in full. The debit caused my account to be overdrawn resulting in checks for my bills being returned.
