555 Leads and Services- Guy Cherkesky (owner) 24-hour locksmiths Worked for the company 8 days straight and was not paid for my wages worked! Nashville Tennessee

 I was hired here at leads and services and was excited about my position. Then I was told that I needed to learn the dispatchers position supervisor position and the support teams position all in 4 days. And on top of that I was to read a script that basically told clients that they pay 29 service fee plus labor or plus 90 and it could go up from there depending on what the labor was. When customers would ask me questions I was hounded to talk over the customers and just tell them they would get a call from someone. The only way I was to get paid was if my calls were under 3 mins and a tech went to the job. And cuts would ask if they came out did they still have to pay and I was told not to say nothing just say they would get a call and I was also told that always get the service they want phone number and name and location and send a tech anyway even if the customer says they don't want the tech to come out. They are rude ppl and not professional not one bit. When I went to get my pay check as I was told my first day I would be paid on June 17 2015 either by check or in my acct it was neither and then I was told that I had to wait til the owner Guy returned back from his country unordered to get paid and nobody knows when that would be. Horrible place to work and get service for ur car home or any type of lock service. Trust me I seen it behind closed doors do not give them ur money!!!!! I was also told that most of their tech a were not licensed nor do they come or go everywhere
