5Dimes Online Sportsbook 5Dimes Ripoff, Stole Bankroll When System was Down

The 5dimes website was down for over 3 hours this morning, I could not place any bets (that mostly ended up winning) that I wanted to.  I tried live-betting the Wisconsin football game, but didn't think it went through cause the system kept shutting down and crashing and signing me out every single time I tried placing a bet.  I finally got tired of it and said "Oh well..." and walked away.  

  I check back in 3 hours later and it says I put a live bet on Ohio State (which I clearly didn't), so I contact them to ask them what this is all about.  They refuse to help me whatsoever, act like their system was working fine all day, and then refuse to refund me the amount they put on the game.  This is a complete and absolute joke.    I would stay far away from 5Dimes, their system goes down constantly, and when it does go down and you don't even know if any bets went through cause the system keeps crashing and then they rob you blind, and say "It's all your fault..."...   IF I actually placed ALL the bets I was going place this morning I'd be up BIG, but now I have nothing cause they completely robbed me...DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, they are not legit at all....
