5LINX Enterprises 5Linx Pyramid Scam - Illegal Business Practices Internet

I am writing this report on behalf of an organization of over 1,000 former 5Linx Representatives out of the Southern California marketplace.  I will keep this report short and to the point.

First off, we have an organization that has over 75 representatives who qualified for the companies promotional quickstart bonus or ET in 30 days bonus which hasn't been paid out.  Out of the 75 quickstart bonuses that need to be paid out, less than 3 have been paid out in full in a 5 month span.  These reps did everything the company asked them to only to get screwed by the company.  This company will do everything possible to not process orders that go in on the last day of a reps bonus period and even when they do qualify, they will find some reason not to pay out these bonuses. 

Also, the company stopped paying the reps in our organization out of nowhere for a 5 week period without any notice and finally we had to threaten the company legally.  While withholding our commissions; the company kept accepting new IMR's into our organization and new customers while not paying out any of our reps commissions.  After demanding a complete refund for all the reps and customers we didn't get paid out on and the company found some illegitimate reason to terminate our accounts and not provide any refund.
