I tracked down a very rare movie advertised in 5 Minutes to Live website. I ordered it, paying by Visa; my Visa was debited immediately, and I received confirmation of my order. However, after a couple of weeks, I had not received the movie or received any tracking info, so I emailed them to request to be advised of the status of my order... another couple of weeks went by, with no movie and no response, at which point I sent another email demanding a response. 5 weeks after the inittial order, I have yet to hear a word...
