Ordered in late November was promised delivery in 5-8 days. Did not receive untill 27 dec. Iwasadvised over and over in a pre- programed e/m response that they had been shipped. The boots were finally shipped from China. I had also ordered another pair of uggs from Nordstrums that arrived in 3 days. That pair came with security info and a hologram on the box to authenticate the product.

When these boots arrivied I became suspicious of their authenticity no hologram on the box and the box and boots looked to be of poor quality compared to the real pair I had. I contacted Ugg who advised me that under no circumstance would real ugg boots be shipped directly from china and that they counterfit . It is inpossible to get any response from this company. I questioned them as to why they were being shipped from china and to confirm their authenticity with no response. I have filed a dispute with Mastercars as well and notified Ugg
