Since September 2004 I've been receiving a charge on my telephone bill for $21.75. My telephone company is CTCO and they told me then can do nothing about it. The description of the service says, VMIILPREMI then UM and they list their telephone number as 000-000-000. The amount charged is broken down: the Direct Dial Service I'm being charged is $19.95; Federal Tax is .60, and State Tax is $1.20. I have no idea what this is, but I noticed someone else reported a rip-off, so I'm just guessing the information they put about the company being located in Florida is correct; but, I cannot find them and have no idea of who to call. It's now February 2006, and in September, I'll have paid this OAN Service for 2 years. The total cost that I've been ripped off for is about $370.00.
