I am Physician and received a Platinum Status Card from Bankers Healtcare Group The card was sent from Bankers Health Group 20 F Street 7 floor ,PMB 707 Washington dC 20001 Platinum Status Notice ,loan amount 175 K.With a PIN number to visit Secure personal Site at myname.loanactivation.com or call 866.390.1756 Signed by Bob Castro ,founder of Bankers Health Group I called the above number and talked to an Agent name Angelo Brucchieri He sent me DocuSign for release of Tax return and asked me for my SSN told me that I will receive an answer within 24 hrs.

I have a copy of all those documents. He texted me from another cell ,asking for a picture of paystub ,when google the number it was associated with an escort number in New York When investigate the number it seems to be a land line and belong to S Irizarry , I could find more Info about this person and forwarded those info to IRS fraud protection and department of Justice for review It appears that Bankers Health Group ,search NPI numbers of Healthcare professionals online and send them such offers via mail .

I still have the Platinum Status Card with me which was send by Bankers Health Group To make a long story short I did not hear back after 24 Hrs so I called him the number 866.390.1756 which is apparently an answering service .You cant reach the person anmore Based on my research online many healthcare providers including many Doctors received recently similar loan offers and provided their personal infos and did not hear back .
