I purchased a lens from 6Ave on 10/25/18. I received it on 11/05/18 and mounted it on my Canon camera for about 5 minutes. During that time, I noticed a slight tinkling/clinking noise from the lens. Since it performed perfectly, I did not think anything was amiss with the lens, and it was in perfect cosmetic condition. I packaged the lens up as it was not the right one for me and returned it to 6Ave Express. Today, they notified me that they are withholding 15% of the balance due to the noise the item makes since they claim it was dropped, which it absolutely was not. This is a complete scam and an unethical business. I have filed a chargeback with my credit card and notified the Better Business Bureau of the scam.
