7-11 i purchase water dancing spreakers that dont work right and they wont give me my money back Escondido California

BEWARE 7 - 11 in Eccondido Ca on west washinton ave, beware this store will not give you your money back om items purchased there i purchased some water dancing sperkers there for $30.99 plus tax. plug them in to my lap top and to get the water to dance you need 65% volume wich is to loud and speakers has cracking sound i only had them for 20 minutes i toke them right back to be told they can not retrun items after 8 pm so i go back the next day and i was told thats the way they are and they will not retrun them bye the cleak on duty .and now where dose it say you cant bring items back
