Ordered a shirt, the site would not allow me to pick rush shipping. Contacts seller who claimed he was in hospital with family night before and that because he did not get back to me as he promised he would shipmate shirt in a rush for no charge being it was a gift. Shirt arrived and was not shirt I ordered, I contacted seller who told ne he was at a funeral as a pallbearer blurring his aunt and that it was my fault he was texting me. He then said he shouldn't have done me a favor when I wasn't willing to pay the reg price, which I was, his site was not functioning correctly. After various back and forth messaging he agreed to send the right shirt and refund my money, neither of which occurred. I have emailed him multiple times and he refuses to hold ipmtomhos end of the deal

 This seller continues to add fuel to the fire with his foul language and continuous lies! It's now December and he is responding to an incident that occurred in July?! He DID NOT Rush me any shirt, a second shirt was not received for almost a week after the order was placed and asked to arrive. His claim of "a small fortune" did not take place nor would it have had to had he made the shirt correct from the order placed to begin with! He lied about being at a funeral, the week before he had a sick aunt and before that it was something else! Honesty is always best, something this person knows nothing of! This is now becoming humorous and just comical that a business owner acts like this and treats customers like this. He is VERY DISHONEST! Not once was I rude or did I degrade him or his business, he continues to lie and use language only a uneducated person would use not a well known and dignified business owner and this is why I will NEVER purchase from this low class company again! And for the last time, I could careless...bounce!

Nothing the poster/complainer here said was wrong.  They needed a shirt shipped super fast, so I did the expedited printing for free.  It should have cost at least $6 more, maybe more than that.  But when customers ask for help, I do it.

Somewhere along the rushed production, I must have smeared the shirt.  I sell custom made tees, so it is possible that a shirt got smeared.  It's rare, but it happens.  Maybe 1 in 1000 shirts get smeared and I don't catch it.  There's a reason I charge more for much faster printing: the risk goes up.

My aunt died right after that order was made.  I closed my shop for rush orders for that week because I had to deal with family coming in from out of the country, and I am literally the only relative who lives in Chicago where she lived.  

The moron complainer was trying to get me to reprint another shirt, except I run this website as a hobby and for fun -- I've printed 30,000 shirts for people, and a lot of customers are repeat customers because I sell for $7 what other sites sell for $25.  And I do it all myself, alone, solo.

So when someone complains, I usually try to fix it.  But because this is a hobby and a fun operation, it's not about stressing, it's about doing it right and fixing problems.

This complainer is a tried and true idiot, though. Top notch a** clown.  I shipped a second shirt, it cost me a small fortune to fix, and this cheap b*****d goes online to complain about it.

That's fine, I don't really care.  What's the worst thing that happens, someone finds this site and sees that an entitled cheap loser goes to complain about a small mistake because he was too inept to buy a gift weeks ahead of time?

Here's the thing: this website drives MORE business to me because people reading it have all dealt with imbeciles like the complainer, and they know there is no way to make a small segment of the market happy.

I was at a funeral, literally about to carry a casket when the complainer was texting my cell phone.  I provide my cell phone number on the website so customers can contact me.  But if I am at a funeral and you're harassing me over a smudge, what am I supposed to do? Drop the casket and run to my shop to reprint your shirt that I should never have expedited in the first place?
