Number 1) This is not a grant funded organization.
Number 2) This is not a multi-layered professional non-profit company. It's just one guy- Thomas Montgomery and he is a classic slickster selling a pipe dream to unsuspecting entrepreneurs.
Number 3) He has changed the business model several times, and even left a few consumers hanging that never got their refunds. So he is now getting more and more desperate with bigger lies about business model that will only take money from you.
Number 4) I've even heard he has threatened to send people to collection that have canceled their 'licencese' with him after making $0.00.
This is a total scam- and I've been told is being investigated for many unethical practices.

Thomas Montgomery Changed His Business Name!!

Hi I was scammed by this con-artist in June of 2014 and he said he give my money back in Aug.2014 and have not recieved it and has changed the name to his company. I found this out on his profiel on LINKED IN. He changed it as of Oct. 2014 to scam more people. new website is www.39creditrepair.com, and is now located in Plano Tx. and is calling this business a 501c-3 non-profit organization. What a nut!!! But we have to file a complaint with the attorney general in Texas to add to the investigation on this fraud. I hope this helps. I want my $500 back too. He even states he rated an A with the better business bureau under a different name. How is that? Check out the website and get a face for this guy on LINKED IN he has a so called professional profile set up. Get those complaints in to Attorney general to add to the already open case he has. Good luck!!!
