Criket Wireless ripoff Horrible Customer Service Criket Wireless Customer Service is a joke rebate ripoff Bellevue Nebraska

First of all, I was promised a 100 dollar rebate and then 50 dollars in sporting goods. I did receive the 100 dollars, after complaining and never did I receive the digital camera, (50 dollars worth), that I was promised!
Today, I called to just ask a simple question about my bill.

Well they have all these promts on their main line and I could not find a live person to talk to. So, I lied and said I was having tech problems. I have had to do this before and they simply transferred me to a billing CS rep.

Today however, they insisted that they could not do this and JOE, the supervisor, was so unbelievably rude to me that I really got quite upset.

He just kept saying that he would have to transfer me to the main menu and that I would have to go through all those promts AGAIN!!! That is simply outrageous. I finally found the billing dept after an additional 10 minutes of hitting ever button I could think of. I tried to make a complaint and I was sent to the website. Well, guess what? No place on that darn website allows direct email contact with their customer service department. I found this site via internet, Cricket complaints.

Where else can I go? It seems as though Criket thinks of themselves as perfect and they do nothing wrong. If they didn't they wouldn't make it so difficult to contact then for complaints.

What kind of a "phone service" doesn't have direct transfer? Why I want to complain about Joe is that I asked him to tranfer me to the main menu and stay on the line so he could tell me which option to chose from....He said he couldn't do that. Once again, a "phone service" company doesn't have 3 way calling?!!!??!?! What a joke!
