Tony Wilham and his company www.777rentals.com are scam artist. This property management group has falsely accused damage to a property but refused to present in real evidence. They claim that damage was don't to a property they managed but never mentioned anything nor providedany proof beyond a few stages ohotos. Although I agreed that a few spots in the carpet came from a spilled drinks which was an accident I offered to pay for the carpet to be professionally cleaned. I wasn't notified about these issues until two weeks later. My party cleaned the house before we left. Not that much needed to be done. I left a great review and even with this negative attack on my character I wouldn't change a word of it. I can say that the property managers (Tony and Annette) were completely unprofessional with the handling of any issues that should have been presented the following day after check out. I have requested that AirBNB's arbitration department come in and assist with resolving these issues. Per my previous reviews I have never caused any damage to anyone's property. I have left every home visited in the best condition possible. Although I'm extremely upset and disappointed with the review I believe that the truth will come out and Tony and Annette will offer a formal apology. I will contact their rental company and submit an official complaint. Again I state that I offered to clean the carpet for the WHOLE house out of good faith when it was only a few spots on the staircase. #AlternativeFacts

Due to recent events I would like to take this time out and offer a very deep sincere apology to Tony Wilham and www.777rentals.com! It was a huge misunderstanding and due to lack off communication on both parts, it was wrong for me to blast him and his company on here.
Somethings could have been done differently and AirBNB did rule in my favor. I should have reached out to him personally. Annette, his co-lister on the property, was acting as his proxy without his nor my knowledge, therefore my response should have been tailored towards her.
Tony and I have resolved this issue and although I do not see us doing business again in the foreseeable future. A lot of alligations were false and evidence was never presented for the claim submitted to AirBNB. He has stood tall and apologized!
At the end of the day, I don't think Tony Wilham nor www.777rentals.com are scam artists. I enjoyed the property! The lack of professionalism from his employee Annette, I believe caused this matter spirial downhill and this has been a lesson learned for all parties.
